MIS/IT Manager

Over twelve (12) years in the IT/IS and operational strategic position as a District Management
Information (MIS) Officer in the NHIA, Dangme West District Office. Occasionally acts as the District
Manager (Head of Administration) between the years 2008 to 2015. Fronted various strategic
engagements with the stakeholders at the district level. Notable one is the technological involv ement
with the MTN Ghana to boost 3G connectivity for yearly mass enrollment and renewal of members at
the Golden Exotics and other institutions in the GAR.


Sponsored as a hardworking staff by the NHIA in 2013 for rigorous study of organization
behavior/management and Information Technology Strategies in the Ghana Institute of Management
and Public Administration (GIMPA). Acquired skills in IT service management with the I nternational
Standard Examination Board (ISEB) under the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), UK. Indebt
practical knowledge in Systems Administration and Security, ERPs, Data communication and
Programming, and Project Management.
