Monitor and control the performance of all employees on site. ? Liaise with the client to get all QCPs and hand over documentation signed off. ? Plan and monitor stock sheet. ? Order all requirements on site. ? Keep up to date stock sheet. ? Plan, order and control all tools and equipment on site. ? Update progress certificate quantities and submit to Project Manager. ? Send all Site instructions to Project Manager for evaluation within 12 hours. ? Notify Project Manager of any possible delays. ? Attend site meetings with client and keep clear record, send minutes to the Project Manager Submit quarterly KPIs to Project Manager. ? Ensure that all relevant paper work is filled out and submitted timeously to head office. ? Enforce all preventative maintenance schedules. ? Train relevant employees to complete required task and supervise. ? Updating project progress and submit to project manager. ? Finding solutions to improve production and complete projects in time.
