Working here as a Metallurgist. My duties include;
? Ensure good health and safety practices for the Metallurgical team
? Prepare month end gold in circuit reconciliation, cost analysis and reagent inventory
? Perform grinding analysis, carbon activity, leach, flotation and other metallurgical test works to monitor and improve process units
? Monitor new products and methods to improve recovery and ensure most efficient operation of process plant
? Involved with refinery activities; gravity gold tabling, electro winning and pouring gold
? Complete metallurgical balance sheets
? Track carbon fines and prepare deliveries
