Ü Involve in project planning & management, responsible for scaffolding job presentation & scaffolders training. Allocate and supervise all scaffolding jobs and ensure all scaffolds erected conform with BS EN 12811-1 code of practice.
ü Inspection of full body safety harness, ladders and all scaffold components for visible defects before each day work and after any condition or situation which could affects the structural integrity and authorizes corrective actions.
ü Completing of scaffold inspection register/reports, and calculation of stress or loads on scaffold and to observe the rules of work at height regulations 2005.
ü Order and control all scaffold materials/stock on site and have daily meetings with project supervisors/client rep to discuss client requirements, job progress, next day/week task and planning of labour resource/materials for the following day/weeks.
ü Assess work face and complete risk assessments/method statements and deliver daily JSA/JHA talks for work force before work commences
