I completed the RFP defining the requirements, the responsibilities and the end to end network design.

I successfully completed the 1st phase of the network modernization, implementing the core and backbone plans along with 3000 sites including the DBS, 10 & 12 ports antennas, Outdoor cabinets, BSCs, RNCs, IPBB, SGSN, GGSN, PCRF, MGW, MSS, access transmission and Backbone transmission.
