RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical supports:- ? Provide the problem analyzing, debugging, troubleshooting and 1st level failure analysis for motherboard and server chassis (Dell).
? Categories the reject motherboard and server chassis in functional and cosmetic.
? Line support on the products in NPI stages.
? Verified the carton dented while arriving to shenker hub. ? Rework/sorting/screening the inventory of hub when encountered high fallout in platform products of production or field service.
? Implemented the corrective action from customer to production.
