? Plans, organizes and coordinates with the Department Heads on Resort?s operation
? Develop and maintain all systems and control procedures of all department
? Conducts the property?s weekly coordination meeting
? Initiates the development of new products and improvement on services
? Ensure that all revenue centers are performing within set standards
? Participates in the planning and execution of Marketing and Sales Activities
? Manages Food Cost and uphold menu standards
? Provides control in inventories and purchases
? Conducts competition check
? Provides periodical cost and sales analysis.
? Perform other related functions as maybe assigned
