I manage team of outbound and inbound call center agent to provide telesales and telemarketing based on client and business unit request. I manage inbound for banking and credit card services, and in most of the time we do outbound such as telemarketing and telesales for banking product promotion, corporate and commercial program, merchant sales and many business related program. Through excellence operation and services, our succession rate was above 70%, service level above 92%, and employee turnover was below 2%.
