Designed, developed, and implemented the overallIT planning requirements. Responsible for writing and publishing beta-testing plans for new applications and programs. Responsible for the deployment & configuration of all IT Enterprise Services (DNS servers, exchange servers,SCCM ,WSUS, HBSS, WSUS and end user Roaming Profiles). Participated in specialized projects requiring technical research and/or vendor coordination. Acted as a Technical Liaison between HW/SW vendors and senior management.
