Currently, I am employed as a Maintenance Supervisor at Mining & Civil Australia where I perform supervisory duties including training and mentoring subordinates in addition to operating, repairing and maintaining different vehicles including over 80 CAT and Komatsu machines. Previously, I worked at the African Mining Service and Mantrac in Ghana before moving to Australia. Through my past employment, I have gained extensive experience in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of CAT and Komatsu machines, as well as coordinating the day to day operation of field service operations.
Some of the key skillsand personal attributes I possess that I believe will help me succeed in this position are:
? Demonstrated ability to successfully train, mentor and develop subordinates
? Extensive experience in diagnosing, maintaining and repairing various heavy machines, forklifts, trucks and earth moving equipment
? Specialisation in component rebuilding
? Qualifications including Komatsu, Leverton, Barlow and Caterpillar Overseas Training and Licenses in Refrigerant Handling and Performing High Risk Work
? Efficient worker with good organisation skills
? Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
