? I oversee the operational side the Twinsaver range in FMCG industry For the Western, Southern and Eastern Cape.
? I manage a team of 15 reps.
? Full field operations responsibilities
? I manage distribution percentages, monitor current promotions and check if all products agreed between the KAM's and buyers are listed and ranged in stores
? Ensuring weighted distribution targets are met
? .Report on all market place trends, including actions of any competitors, and possible counter measures to these actions
? Ensure that promotional activities are timeously implemented and that the required forward shares are achieved on shelf.
? Provide day to day supervision and feedback of activities, performance and evaluation of sales agents regionally to ensure strategies are achieved
? Interaction with all the various channel Buyers
? Training and presentations
? Co- traveling and coaching of sales staff
? Interaction with DC controllers
? Ensure that KPI targets are met
? Ensuring budgets are kept and met. Budgets are in the region of 18-20mill
? Key Account work on wholesale channel
