I received my certificate III in Individual Support, December 7th this year (2016) and as a part of my course I have completed 120 hours of work placement. During this period, I have worked as a part of a team as well as solely in assisting residents in all areas of personal hygiene and dressing, accompanying them to social activities, assisting them with general maintenance and feeding as required, and providing general care and emotional support. I am confident with my theory and practice work and I am committed to providing quality aged care with the nurturing, respect and comfort that they deserve.
