Quality assurance and control .
? quality management systems maintenance .
? update of standard operating procedure and ensure procedures are followed.
? provide training on the new developed sops and refresher training.

? plm document controller function review and promote documents for approvals.
? issue approved documents for training and follow up for completion as per training matrix requirements.
? distribute effective documents across the organisation as digital and hard copies.
? retrieve superseded documents and archiving of digital records.

Change control management:.

? managing change control programme and databases in alignment with applicable standards requirements.
? schedule change meetings and ensure change initiation documents are available.
? maintain change control index and ensure completion deadlines are maintained.
? keep change control action evidence and prepare change pack for implementation and approval.
? trend kpi data and provide report for management review meetings.

Customer complaint management:.

? assist and support different departments with internal complaint investigation, root cause analysis and capa determination.
? responsible for customer complaint receipts, coordination, and maintaining customer complaints databases for timeously response time.
