Provide a comprehensive service to all clients in respect of analysis of tax related issues such as an incorrect assessment calculation of tax debit/credits verbal law interpretation and explanation administer registration.
-Conduct tax education campaigns to workplaces of different organizations, public and private entities.
-Strive to ensure that every client on exiting the service center has obtained resolution of his query and satisfied with the level of service received.
- Perform all functions in respect of the completion of returns and other official documents of all taxes administered by SARS in order to meet client?s needs and expectations.
- Administer registration analysis of taxable income an incorrect assessment, calculations of tax debits/credits as well as verbal law interpretation and explanation of tax law.in order to meet client?s needs.
- Keep abreast of all new policies, procedures and guidelines, circular minutes and amendments to all Tax legislation in order to promote the accuracy and quality of information provided to clients/taxpayers.
-Attend all accounts enquiries received by telephone or in person, in respect of all outstanding debits and credits, penalties and interest with regards to all taxes administered by SARS.
-Provide tax education to clients (written or verbal),in order to promote the tax education of all clients and to broaden the tax base.
- Support and assist team members in promoting multi-skilling within the unit.
- Act as an advisor on behalf of the Commissioner for SARS on tax related matters keeping in mind the goals of the organization.
