Worked as a drill mechanic specialising on the sandvick Dk25s drills. Main duties were maintenance and servicing. Attending to breakdowns of the machines. Doing some weekly inspections on the drills and scheduling some tasks on areas which needed some intensive attentions
Also did some parts ordering for the machines as well as assisting in the training og some assistants. Lastly actively did some risk assessments prior and during some work activities.

I had been specialising as a diesel mechanic for trackless mining mainly doing atlas copco drill rigs. The duties mainly involved servicing and maintenance of drill rigs. Breakdown attendenses mainly hydraulic and mechanical faults. Also partly did some auto electrical faults. The other duty was for ordering of some spares for the whole fleet of machines which i was assigned to.
