Responsibilities:- Installation & Commissioning ,Testing ,Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Ericsson Mini-link-E, Mini-link TN Perform installation, commissioning of Harris/stratex eclipse Supervising the Installation of RBS 2000&6000 Family Testing, Integration and upgrade troubleshooting of RBS 2000&6000 Family. Traffic routing /E1?s cross-connection on DDF blocks Troubleshooting and maintenance of microwave transmission links. -Installation and Commissioning of RBS 2000 and 6000 families (outdoor and indoor) Ericsson on 900MHz & 1800MHz Network upgrade of different cell site configurations of existing sites. -Integrate Transmission Circuit for network upgrade connections for operation Network on job/work orders for MTN Nigeria. -Implementation and commission of microwave Radio of Ericsson mini-link & TN, Eclipse, Harris Stratex with loop and digital path testing between links for the viability of E1 by BER Tester. Performing monitoring performance such as BER TESTER. Point to point microwave link alignment. Installation and configuration of dual polarized Harris Stratex antenna and Xpic connection. - Fine tuning of the microwaves link to actualize a desirable receive signal level Getting the direction/positioning of microwave antenna using analogue compass and global positioning system (GPS) Swapping of RBS 2202 to RBS 2206 on (900MHZ & 1800MHZ) on both Zain and MTN projects NIGERIA with Testing of DTF and VSWR of feeder cables using site master ( Aritsu S331D). Decommissioning of RBS 2202 (900 & 1800MHZ) to RBS 2216, RBS2116 for Both RBS 900MHZ & 1800MHZ for network upgrade.
