? Assessment and valuation respectively of weekly, Monthly Cost control with Q.S
? Ensuring with Foreman that daily Method Statement of work`s done and each Trade Foreman safely and correctly achieves his daily task.
? Attending Site meeting.
? Implementing Monthly, Weekly planning of work and progress report.
? Draw a monthly cash flow. Alongside with Contract Manager
? Establish monthly certificate of payment alongside with Quantity Surveyor
? Setting Out as per drawing specifications.
? Fixing of Steel (Reinforcement) and his placement accordingly prior the Consultant Engineer`s inspection.
? Putting Marks for Shuttering purposes, and the propping, bracing of the latter
? Putting marks for Concrete Placing and soil compaction.
? Ensuring that concrete Mixing, his relevant vibration, curing and crushing of Cubes meet the optimum result.
? Erecting of relevant scaffolding, ensuring plant such static or mobile crane or any temporary service does not hinder the efficiency of subsequent works
? Anticipating problems not left become accomplished facts to rectify at unnecessary expense of Site Instruction without detriment of others key section where congestion`s needed.
