Job Description and Responsibilities
? Set up and maintain appropriate E-mail, Intranet and Internet facilities as required.
? Daily network start-up of the company?s servers and maintenance.
? Prepares, maintains and tests technology disaster recovery plan.
? Printer installation, troubleshooting and general maintenance.
? Printer ink, toner and cartridges replacement and maintenance.
? Manages and maintains relevant applications for staff for effective performance.
? Manage the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization?s local area network hardware/software infrastructure.
? Ensures technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreement?s, service contracts etc. Related to technology operations evaluation and updates for Japaul Group.
? Assist staff in understanding and using technology and technical devices.
? Responsible for troubleshooting and configuration of intercom desk phone for staff.
? Manage the group CUG lines , assigning and retrieval of lost, misplaced of damaged lines.
? Staff Mobile devices configuration, updates, maintenance and repair.
? Japaul group data center management.
? Installation, configuration, update and general maintenance of staff antivirus software.
? Manages executive director?s official lines and subscriptions.
? Windows Server 2008R2 Management and Maintenance.
? DHCP and DNS Server Management and maintenance.
? SUN System accounting application Management.
? Cyberoam Firewall and Kaspersky Endpoint Enterprise antivirus for Japaul LAN and MAN Network and Computer Security.
? Wifi Configuration for Director, Group Heads, Managers and all Staff of Japaul Group.
? Setup and Configuration of Windows 7, 8, and 10 Operating Systems for Staff.
