? Handling 80 shops of Giordano Philippines all over the country ( Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao )
? Ensures proper, draft and operation of all job advertisements for possible job posting
? Reviews short-listed job applications, conducts initial interviews and schedule interview with the requesting unit and HR Manager.
? Conducts recruitment testing and background investigation.
- Calls applicants for schedule of interviews, examination and / or orientation.
? Prepares employment contracts and conducts job offer with the successful applicants.
? Ensures that the applicants accepted for employment comply with the pre-employment requirements.
? Keeps and maintains the 201 files of all employees
- Files pertinent documents in the 201 files of all employees
- Prepares 201 files of new-hired employees
- Collects and verifies pre-employment requirements of newly-hired Sales Associates
? Udpates manpower databease considering new hires, separated/ terminated employees, promotion and other changes in employee profile.
? Ensures proper and on time processing of employees? resignation, retirement and release of final pay.
? Prepares ID?s of trainees
? Prepares and issue name tags to all trainees
