The units in the power station are switched off for maintenance purposes and the duty of the quality controller is to ensure that quality is managed.i am involved in ensuring that the quality of service delivery to the customer is up to standard.i also make sure that the quality of the working life is maintained.i also ensure the quality of the organization is maintained by improving its systems and processes..i also make sure that the client gets regular feedback by having regular meetings.
