? Manage employee personal administration
? Maintain employee contract
? Assign as PIC of SAP HCM Payroll
? As PIC of payroll, I created non-official standard of procedure (SOP) for newly implemented payroll system SAP
? Delivery payroll process every month
? Create PPH 21 and deliver it to Taxes Unit every month
? Create BPJS & commercial assurance and deliver it to BPJS Unit every month
? Establish good relationship with SAP Vendor PT Aero System & internal services unit from branch office.
Experience
? Managing payroll unit as one man show until present.
? Creating non-official SOP so any other unit that related to payroll can coordinate they work with payroll more efficient
? Included with small projects (ID card Project & Gapura Uniform Project)
