Since July 09: Operations Director, at SOGECLAIR AEROSPACE (aeronautics, space and transport),
obtaining the ISO9001 & EN9100 (AS9100) certification:
Reporting to the Chairman of the Group and member of the Executive Committee (PMT: Medium
Term Plan), I am responsible for the income statement of the subsidiary SOGECLAIR AERSPACE SARL,
the management of the subsidiary (PIC-PDP, issues and strategy ...) and global management of teams
composed of 90 people (Engineering, HR, R & D and Innovation, Quality, Commercial, Operations,
Methods, MAP-MRB-Industrialization, Management Control, IT, ...) with numerous international
exchanges. Perform the PIC / PDP of the filial. Define and implement the organization and the means
necessary to achieve the SQCD objectives, efficiency and effectiveness by respecting the budgets set
annually. Make production at the best cost and drive the associated improvement plans on productivity.
Tooling in aeronautics (Tooling: A320, A400M, A350, A380, GLOBAL7000 & 8000).
Modeling & Design of structure, composite, installation of systems and equipment, configuration
management, consulting and support.
At STELIA (eg. AEROLIA): I supervised 2 projects: PIC-PDP (Industrial Plan and Commercial-
Plan Director of Production) and Quality: Validation of production processes;
