Sound knowledge about HR & Admin issues and Labor law with strong communicating ability in English & Bengali.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates & Performs background checks and degree verification on all positions.
Responsible for various HR initiatives which includes new hire, performance review process, training & development, HRIS, payroll administration, grievance handling, maintain records etc.
Developing proper systems for maintaining and monitoring of appropriate disciplinary action procedures among staff.
Ensuring healthy workplace, meals, hygiene and environment
Monitor attendance and keep records properly.
Provide employee orientation for all newly hired employee.
Look after cleanses matter of office premises.
To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor time to time.
