As Coal Quality Control my Responsibility is :
- Controling coal quality for minimize coal contamination likes stone,hard clay/soft clay,metal,woods,etc and also coal condition. Who can make bad quality or compalint from end user when cargo has discharging.
- Coordination and supervise the hands picker have good job to throw away all contamintaion from cargo when loading process.
- Coordination with shipper about coal composition and all factors to get good coal quality.
- Coordination with jetty operation and all workers to make sure the loading process running well and no problems.
- Take coal sample as coal sample product from cargo shipment and also witnessing that coal sample who take by Independent laboratory is following the general procedure like ISO or ASTM and same with they timesheet.
- Coal mining inspection who shipper or seller offering to company, to make sure that mine is have capability or not.
- Make daily report about all progress of coal loading, like coal condition, weather, contamination, composite blending, coal temperature, start loading, completed loading, etc.
- Make composite blending from result of analysis coal sample has taked as comparison analysis with final analysis loading.
