1. Handle the process of : registering and updating corporate license and permit for Local or Foreigner Company such as SKDP, SIUP, TDP, Working Visa for Foreigner, IMTA, KITTAS and any other mandatory documents;
2. Handle employee?s administration record (attendance, rules, agreement etc)
3. Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support function
4. Budgeting and reporting for GA function

1. Drafting legal letter, agreement, addendum, amandment, and any other legal document;
2. Review agreement;
3. Ensure that all legal documents, company policies, and corporate issues are comply to the prevailing laws and regulation;
4. Maintain and administer all legal documents;
5. Provide legal advice for clients or projects;
6. Share information related to the change of law and regulation which has effect to the company operational.

I love the work that engage and meet more people. Not just sit behind a desk and finish the job. Because when interacting with people I have the ability to establish a good relationship and it really helped me in completing my work. Therefore, when I acted as Legal and GA I really enjoyed it, even later work as GA is very pleasant and I enjoyed it.
