Performing sampling and analysis on Biological Membrane Reactor Treatment Facility. Updating analysis spreadsheets on a timeous basis. Reporting of anomalies to Plant Supervisor. Performing of Laboratory Instrumentation quality checks. Maintaining laboratory stock levels to ensure continuity of analyses and calibrations . Preparing samples for delivery to external laboratories. Calibration and maintenance of online instrumentation. Rendering assistance in setting up of laboratory instruments and analysis procedures at the newly built Waste Water Treatment Plants.Performing plant instrumentation checks and maintenance. Evaluating daily results in order to calculate acceptable feed parameters to ensure optimum Plant performance. Maintaining adequate stock levels in laboratory.Performing regular housekeeping duties..Assisting with any operational requirements as requested by Technical Support Specialist .Forwarding daily results to Commissioning Manager and Technical Support Specialist on a timeous basis .Completed training in order to assist in the operation of gas Fired Boiler on site. Perform stand-in function stand- in for Plant Supervisor as and when required. Rotational standby function . Performing process control function on a regular basis when process controller is otherwise occupied or on leave, this includes SCADA operation/manipulation.
