? Pondok Indah Group continued the success by developing yet another land, no less than 180 Ha, into the most prestigious and complete residential, commercial and government inhibited area in West jakarta, Puri Indah.
? The Windsor Apartment, Ultimate Residences is the latest project from Pondok Indah group, a Premium High-End Concept Living.

each of its Product

- PR Activity Routines

- Basically to increase or impacting not just the sales number, but also the awareness of the
branding itself to the highest level in the current field in property area.
- Achievement: Tower-1 90% Soldout, and in March 2013 we set the record for sales since its launched, Tower-2"Signature" ready to launch this april.

U-Residence Apartment is the latest product from PT. Supermal Karawaci (Salim Group), one of the most demanded apartment unit in Karawaci residence.
My role is to Manage all jobs in multiple stages from pre-press to production, Controlled Communication department, including marketing and promotion, event organizing, Concepting, brainstorming, dealt directly with clients, sent proofs and specs for approval, visual quality checking, Final Artwork for printing process. Designing all the visual elements that mall requires; Flyers, Brochures, Customer & Tenant Newsletter, Marketing Calendar, Signages, Ads, Logos, Marketing tools, Stationeries (Namecard, Envelopes, etc), Stages, Decorations, Tent Card, Vouchers, Coupons, Greeting Card, Invitation, Shopping bags, Posters, Baligho, Vertical Banners, Giant Banners, Billboard, etc.
Basically to increase or impacting not just the sales number, but also the awareness of the branding itself to the highest level in the current field in property area.
Achievement: Organizing U-Residence Tower-2 Launching, and all open unit SOLDOUT!
