Entrusted with the responsibilities of Head of International Business in September 2011 and appointed as Chief Representative Officer (CRO) of the Company for China Representative Office. Responsibilites include the entire business setup in China.  Joined as Manager Internal Audit in March, 2007. Promoted to Head of Internal Audit in January 2011. Reporting to Director Finance, Audit & IT. Member of the Management Team, a layer next to the Board of Directors of the organization. Responsibilities include review of internal controls and policies adopted by the organization and design of policies and procedures and implemementation thereof. Carrying out the internal audit assignments on monthly and adhoc basis as desired by the management. Part of the team assigned for the system study of the Organization  Member of the management team for the appraisal and selection of ERP Solution. Member of the IT Steering Committee for the implementation of ORACLE Financials (Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and General Ledger) and Retail Management System (RMS)  Activly involved in the system study, as is analysis, future requirement gap analysis, report fit analysis, training, configuration and implementation of Oracle Financials and RMS as super user.
