Responsibilities
? Provides analytical support to existing and potential investments to strengthen management?s decision-making and corporate approvals. These include but not limited to preparing financial models with at least 20-year complete set of financial statements, financial statements analysis, market analysis, sensitivity analysis and risk analysis.
? Identifies, proposes and screens potential business deals/opportunities for the Company through exploratory discussions with potential partners and an analysis of both quantitative and qualitative factors: business strategies, risks and rewards, financials, internal priorities and the counter-parties preferences
? Interacts directly and independently with the senior management of potential partners and clients, of financial and technical partners as well as with government officials
? Manages project activities in all stages, namely; initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing. Responsibilities include but not limited to preparing business case financials, contracting, creating and managing cross-functional teams, securing permits and collaborating with internal and external parties for the project requirements
? Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
? Supports executive team in developing pricing strategies for power-supply contracts
? Develops and builds a competitive business development team consisting of financial analysts. Assesses individual performance, helps in enhancing the company and team?s knowledge base and addresses each team member?s developmental needs
? Optimizes partnerships with internal and external partners through periodic assessment of the relationships and taking actions to strengthen them
