Over 9 years in experience as office manager & logistic coordinator. Managing an office of around 100 people of various disciplines serving a staff of 1500 permanent Egyptian and Expatriates ( Mainly Australian) and 4000 indirect employees and contractors during the development , construction & production of Sukari gold mine in Egypt . Besides insuring that the office is running smoothly. My prime responsibilities were : 1- Liaise with various governmental Authorities to insure the timely approvals of Import & Export permits per each shipment to be ready upon its arrival , security permits & all other permits required for the operation . 2- Experience in freight project management as during this period I was responsible in all docs & procedures in moving & install the plant in Sukari especially SAG & MILL shell , power station, dump trucks, cranes ...etc ensuring that documents are compliant & applied on time. 3- Experience in Importing / Exporting for critical & sensitive items like Explosive & chemicals. 4- Liaise with company contractors for the quick smooth release of company equipment from custom & arrange safety inland transportation to the mine site . 5- Organizing the company executive meetings with various Government Ministers & other senior officials. 6-Document controller for all company correspondences & filling company documents. 7-Personnal assistant to Directors & Managers . 8-Travel arrangement for Managers & expatriates including book flight tickets , accommodation & pick up from / to airports in time & by safety ways . 9- Company secretary for the operating company formed between Pharaoh Gold Mine & the Egyptian Government. 10- Monitoring & evaluate office staff performance.

1- I was responsible for the accounts function : Accounts management duties including debtors & creditors , salaries & wages payment , record all the payable invoices using MYOB program. 2-Issuing Purchase orders for all our Drill rigs spare parts & distribute it to suppliers . 3-Issuing cheques & bank transfers. 4- Analyze & filling the daily drilling reports, issuing End of Month report per each drill rig. 5- Exporting weekly samples collected from the site to the labs in Australia.
