? Rehabilitation of Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC), raising its efficiency to attain a minimum of 80 per cent.
? Worked on the reciprocating and gas turbine compressors (Area 2, 13K01 A&B and 13K02) at the plant, carrying out a major overhaul of the rotating equipment.
? Planned trials on the gas turbines and reciprocating compressors (Area 2, 13K01 & 13K02), assisted with the trial, making sure that all the necessary data was collected and the safety procedures followed, and then analysed the data. Supervised third party jobs.
? Extensive involvement in the servicing of the turbine that drives the auxiliary pump (13K02PT01A) and the cleaning of the gland condenser.
? Successful in gaining significant experience of managing mature equipment & improving skill in applying the latest technologies to extend & optimise productivity.

Human Resource Client Service

NIGERIA LNG LIMITED

March 2014 to April 2015

? Operated under the Human Resources Client Services (HRCS) Department. Was responsible for overseeing staff welfare and administration as well as managing a good work environment.
? Extensive training & involvement in the pre-qualification evaluation of interested buyers of Nigeria LNG?s products, to ensure they meet the company?s approved requirements
(Commercial Division).
? Gained in-depth knowledge and exposure into the commercial aspect of the business: market
research, sales administration, price risk, scheduling and planning.
? Produced in tight deadlines different monthly reports, reviews and analysis for both the
Human Resources Client Services Department & the Commercial Division, using Microsoft Word and Excel, and presented them to the various line heads and managers of the department/division. Data management based on request.
? Carried out ranking justification/feedback for staff at the Abuja Corporate Office.
? Worked closely with and assisted the Human Resources Division team in organising and
planning company workshops (HR Communication Clinic) for improved staff performance.
