Position summary: .
The on-board marketing manager is responsible for the direction, leadership and optimization for shipboard revenue operations and initiatives that drive approximately 20% of total annual net revenue for celebrity, by analyzing financial data, developing cross-marketing and sales strategies, coaching, leading and motivating the sales force across all on-board departments. Responsible for all shipboard revenue ?generating areas operated in conjunction with all revenue partners. Identifies and makes recommendations to implement plans.
