? Conducts review and evaluation of Business Plans of the proposed subprojects under I-REAP Component for possible funding and approval of the Project. ? Conducts research in the current market trends of the focused industry under the proposed projects and analyzes the data gathered to improve the market side of the Business Plans. ? Assesses the readiness and the capability of the Proponent to implement such project and strengthen them thru capability building and training. ? Assists the I-REAP Component Head in the proper filing of the Component's documents ? Records all incoming and outgoing documents ? Conducts initial checking on the completeness and consistency of documents on the submitted technical proposals and bid documents and route these to the concern specialists and coordinators ? Prepares and conducts administrative works (maintains schedule of activities, travel schedules, travel orders, liquidation of cash advances for office supplies, etc.) for the I-REAP Component ? Encodes documents and reports (e.g. Manuals and technical evaluation reports) ? Assists in the maintenance of database, consolidation of progress reports and submission to appropriate concerned offices ? Assists the Component in program facilitation during trainings ? Prepares communications (letter, memos, endorsements, etc.) ? Performs other task as maybe assigned by the Project Director and Deputy Project Director.
