Major achievements:
? I carried out a comprehensive IT audit and developed a plan to redesign the IT infrastructure of Donewell Life based on a Microsoft virtual platform. This technology helped the company save on hardware cost.
? I oversaw the implementation of Donewell Life Wide Area Network connecting 20 branch and satellite offices nationwide powered by Vodafone. This allowed real-time communication between the headquarters and branch offices and improved on insurance claim processes and premium payment
? I implemented a secure channel platform to enable staff to work from any location via a secured Virtual Private Network (VPN)
? I supervised the migration of Donewell Life's communication system to a cloud-based platform using Microsoft Office 365 to facilitate collaboration, document management and sharing between the headquarters and branch offices across the country
? I implemented a Customer Relationship Management system to enable the marketing department to keep track of new business opportunities and existing businesses. This enable managers to have a holistic view of their customer base and staff performance using comprehensive analytics, graphs and pie charts (dashboard).
? I deployed a Learning Management System to build in-house capacity for the efficient and effective utilization of the IT infrastructure.
? I developed a cost saving strategy to save on consumables by implementing a centralized monitoring and billing system for print services that helped the organization to cut down on printing expenditures by 50%
? I led the in-house development and implementation of a mobile application to handle cash collection more efficiently by tracking and monitoring sales agents? performance on the field. This system reduced the rate of embezzlement and leakages to the company.

Major achievements
? I was the project leader of a team of cabling engineers that setup the FARA Local Area Network to maximize data transmission speed for the support of multimedia and video conferencing applications. This investment has helped FARA to communicate efficiently and effectively with the implementation of all its continent-wide and region-wide ICT programs
? I designed and implemented the migration of FARA physical servers to virtual servers using VMWARE to enable FARA IT infrastructure to be more flexible, scalable and to improve business continuity and disaster recovery. This upgrade cut down on IT expenditures as less equipment and licenses were purchased to get the IT systems up and running more efficiently
? I designed and implemented an Internet Protocol-Private Branch, eXchange (IP-PBX) that has the capability of interfacing all the communication infrastructure of the organization into a Unified Communication System. FARA could conduct high profile meetings from different parts of the world using all kinds of medium of communication at a low cost. Considerable saving were made out of travel expenditures that contributed in building reserves for the organization and rechanneling excess fund into its region-wide activities.
? I implemented with the collaboration of SYLVERSYS Consulting a live webcasting and social media platform to broadcast the AFRICA AGRICULTURE SCIENCE WEEK 2013 at the Accra International Conference Centre. FARA hosted over 1000 participants and the event was widely covered
