Planning for vehicle to out quickly or immediately, Manage the planning for vehicle coming back and get the next BVO ready to take the vehicle immediately, Update daily planning every two hours, Make BVO's meet all the requirements as per Dangerous Goods requirements, Ensure BVO's are not exceeding maximum daily driving hours, duty hours and working days as determined by the law, Ensure the attendance register is 100%, Manage toll cards as per vehicle and key as per registration, Ensure all RRA's are signed by BVO's, Ensure all BVO's are briefed correctly, Ensure TRHM (Temporary Route Hazard Map) are updated, Ensure KPI's are carried out as per required target, Monitor vehicles on C-Track/FM-Web that vehicle are on the right route, Report breakdowns immediately to maintenance personnel, Ensure load instruction are carried out as per requirement by the customers, Ensure all documents return to the Depot, Monitor COC usage on each trip and report abnormal fuel consumption, Monitor all loses and comply with regulations, Analyse Tachograph for unauthorise stop, Ensure all vehicle are loaded as per loading pro-forma - correct quantity per product, Capture daily driver hours on the system,
