This has reference to your requirement of Senior Contracts Manager; please find attached my CV for your review and consideration.
As you can infer from the same, having graduated from the Civil section in the faculty of Engineering of Alexandria University, and throughout more than a decade of rich Construction experience, I had worked as a construction engineer for years and following which I had the chance to execute, administer, manage and oversee a wide range of different Contracts? types in various projects of complex nature as well as mega budgets, heavy constructions of fast track environment and extremely congested and conflicting interfaces.
These projects are related to Green and Brown fields Construction operations for Water Treatment Plants, Utilities/Infra structure, Refinery Plants, LNG Plant (Largest Plant in the World at time of Construction), Environmental project, Pipeline, Ammonia and Urea Plants, all of which, have provided me with extensive on-hands experience that was integrated with my multi-layered management practice, further, I have operated several types of contracts from re-measured to Lumpsum and Cost plus for clients that varied from international partners to governmental entities.
Moreover, I have performed in almost all stages of Contract Life cycle that included amendments, MOUs, Warranty periods, Close-outs, furthermore, I have prepared, reviewed and defended various types of Claims under Prime Contracts as well as Subcontracts. In addition, I have and still leading dynamic team of Engineers, QSs and Contract administrators.
Last but not least, performing such a wide range of strategic projects has involved balancing the demanding and usually conflicting needs as well as contractual obligations that relate to different multi-tiers of prestigious stakeholders that contained among others, governmental entities, global producers, world class partners as well as highly esteemed end users.
