Test Manager ? EDRMS Replacement (contract)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the implementation of the replacement Document Management System in VicRoads. The replacement document system is required to upgrade the capabilities of the existing document management system used by thousands of VicRoads employees.
The Role included:
? UAT Test Strategy and Planning. Creation of UAT Test Plan document
? UAT Test Traceability matrix creation
? UAT Test Case creation from user requirements and vendor design documents
? User group coordination for UAT testing and acceptance
