?Executed aggressive sourcing strategies by used of Boolean and Advanced Search from different online job portals in accordance of its job description/specification to meet the client expectations and utilized resume database and employee referrals as well.
?Crafted job ads through LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Monster and Facebook and other useful online career center.
?Screened via phone and face-to-face for initial assessment before submitted to respective clients.
?Administered data form sheet and skills qualification tables.
