Duties:
? Act as the Point of Contact for routine operations between Transport/Tracking Control Room and NT Lagos office/NOC.
? Ensuring service delivery to determine compliance with NT standards and resolving operational issues in coordination with Control Rooms, Site Engineers & NOC and keep the NOC updated on the same
? Ensure that all operational trucks especially the ones going for a trip is communicating prior to the vehicles leaving the site daily by checking the worksheet reconciled with the biometric sheet and signed off by respective NT staff at the end of the shift.
? Supervision of day to day maintenance of all client assets & new installations in accordance to the company guidelines as well as checking on all other staff complying with the installation guidelines as well as ethics while doing the installation and maintenance work.
? Communicating all necessary information/complaints/feedback between the Head office and Client office.
? Extend support for biometrics/ DVS.
? Do a regular maintenance check on all the systems supplied by Nova Track and all company assets and ensure they are working properly.
? Maintaining disciplined staff in accordance with guidelines and ensure timely reporting of violations.
? Motivating supervisors and installers in order for them to work relentlessly.
