? Liaising with customers ? to evaluate the requests for project activity to determine a best-fit solution.
? Request Logging and Validation ?by liaising with Shell ITS to determine if the WTS-BA is for ?Prime? Shell application or for ?Non Prime?. The former would require re-routing to T-Systems, and the latter would be taken on by HPES. She also maintains the database of these requests.
