? Process all bid for Multi-Trade customers.
? Accurately transfer the bid information provided by the customer into the standard internal format, code the data, add the correct cost and service information, and distribute the complete package to the applicable Trade Pricing teams.
? Liaise with worldwide Trade Pricing and Sales.
? Monitor and responds to all incoming communications from Trade Pricing and Sales.
? Familiarity in using the different web portals by the customers such as GTNexus, Ariba, CombineNet etc. and accurately input all required data by the customer in order to successfully submit the bid
? Examine and evaluate current Contracts Released by Contract Admin
? Validate amendments by testing and analyzing each updates before entering the system
