1) Warehouse Operation
? Assist in daily delivery and customer collection goods.
? Assist In import and export shipment,
? Cylinders preparation before delivery i.e touch up, cleaning and painting
cylinders and valves.
? Housekeeping of warehouse, maintenance of equipments in the warehouse.
? To supervise warehouse operators on their daily jobs.
? To supervise on the import/export, loading/unloading or any other operations.
? To supervise and ensure warehouse operations follow Safety rules and work safe at
all times.
2) Logistic Support
? Monitoring overall shipping schedule, delivery schedule to fulfil orders committed.
? Provide and monitor inventories status and ensure sufficient stock at all time.
? To tally check stock listing for monthly closing.
? Assist in administration work for import and export shipment.
? Liaises with shipping company on import and export shipment.
3) Customer Services
? Responsible to attend sales call or customer complaints and Sales Manager during
out of meeting or business trip.
? Assist the Sales Manager in all necessary follow-up for customer as required. ? Help to answer telephone if receptionist is unavailable.
4) Others
? To cover other areas of work-scope if deem necessary by the management. ? Ad-hoc assignment assign to you by management from time to time.
