-Managing the appointment schedule
- Providing impeccable customer services to clients
- Being a personal stylist to clients and assisting in choosing the brides whole ?look?
- Assisting in designs and prototypes produced by the company
- Sending orders to designers, scheduling designated ETA?s
- Providing after sale services and advice and quality checking all garments and repairing any small faults
- Ensuring deliveries of orders are on time and presented to clients in perfect condition (steamed and packaged)
- Opening and closing the store independently
- Updating sales records and KPI?s daily on excel
- Window dressing, updating mannequins weekly, store maintenance, upkeep of sample gowns in store and stock take
- Maintaining a strong relationship with designers and wholesale managers around the world
- Communication via phone, Skype, our Facebook/Instagram account, email, in person with interstate staff, bridal industry stakeholders, designers, current customers, potential customers and past customers
