Job Profile:
? Maintain the company Quality system addressing Food Quality, Food safety, Health and safety, Customer specifications etc.
? Review the HACCP/ISO Manual and update as per the process changes
? Reporting to the GM, oversee the overall Quality, Food safety and HSE Management System for entire production and transportation.
? Comply with all Municipality and DCD regulations
? Promote a positive health and safety culture, ensuring that occupational risks
? Ensures the establishment, documentation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the Organizational & International Standards;
? Managing activities such as implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures,
? Coordinating audits and recertification, working along with the Quality Team.
? Developing internal policies and Health and Safety strategies.
? Visit sites to ensure Health and Safety regulations are maintained and enhanced.
? Implement necessary changes to working practices always ensuring that Health and Safety legislation are complied with
? Taking the lead on all in-house training for junior and senior members of staff.
? Maintain accurate Health and Safety records of all incidents and accidents
? Verify Quality and Safety documents accordingly
