I have 12 years expiriance of Working with different people and management .an excellent understanding of health and safety and the rules operating difficult plant machinery ,and to complete paperwork for each piece of machine is used. I have sound knowledge and 9 years experiance of using heavy construction equipments such as excavator ,pay loader , forklift , JCB , tractor tackled technical issues related to them and 2 years Dump truck operator.
I also gained excellent 12 years experience of working knowledge of crusher plant ,screening and bagging materiel ,plant controller .I have 12 years expiriance of being a team leader , responsible for leading in a production facility ensuring that production meets customers requirements managing processes and quality. Directly supervising hourly production ,tracking staff absenteeism and time keeping .ensuring the safest working environment possible for staff and to upraising staff performance
I have high skilled of observing machines in operation ,piling and loading material using excavator and pay loader i can work in any circumstances and climatic conditions and any working hours and shifts .I always eager to take additional responsibilities of work and minor machines and plant maintenance task such as cleaning ,oiling and housekeeping.
I am ready and prepared to relocate and to work in any RSA province. I have code 14 drivers licence and passport .
