Career Goals

Working in the Quality and food Safety environment for more than 10 years has developed my skills and knowledge in this area. I have worked as a Microbiologist, Quality Specialist, Food Safety specialist and Microbiology Laboratory Manager at Nestle and now Quality Food Safety Specialist for Rhodes with quality controllers as my direct reports and assistant to Technical Manager Food Group. I have been involved in leading the project of getting the FSSC 22000 Certification at both companies. My next level in my career is to be a QC/QA manager as I have learnt the skills from relieving the technical manager. I also lead a team of quality controllers and their supervisor. I'm ready for the next step which is to manage the quality department in terms of quality and food safety for FMCG companies
