CFT customer focus team Leader, support and coordination of activities related to quality execution protocol (IQ/OP/PQ) and generate PQ Report, following up to the NCMR?s, Customer Complaints, molding issues, through the FlexQ Quality Management System to consistently meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. Engineering Change Order/Request through agile system ?Oracle System?. Knowledge of ISO 13485, CFR and / or QSR.
Knowledge in Injection Molding issues such as air traps, voids, poorly placed parting lines, shrinkage, warpage, surface blemishes, part deformation, approval for part in first articles inspection using Minitab tools, creation in quality samples, risk assessment evaluation based on critically of product PFMEA.
