Job Description:
Responsible for the safe keeping of all stock located within the storage or warehouse. Controls and monitors the movement of all inventory items and ensures that inventory items are available when required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
? Set up and operate packaging machines to display accurate code dates and weights
? Check machines to ensure that they are in proper working condition
? Adjust machine components according to size and processing angle of each product
? Load items into packaging machines and adjust speed, flow and temperature
? Reset machines in cases of malfunctions and clear jams
? Ascertain that packaged materials are appropriately stored and further packed in proper boxes
? Clean packaging machinery parts and perform both preventative and general maintenance activities
? Oil and make minor adjustments to packaging machinery such as opening valves
? Stock products such as raw materials and packaging materials
? Responsible for all incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouses.
? Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing from of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse.
? Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.
? Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract document and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.
? Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients
? Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment
? In conjunction with the Financial Controller undertakes physical inventories if required.
? Works within the company?s policies, objectives and quality management system.
? Keeps the storage area or warehouse clean and presentable.

Shift Operator

Maaden Aluminum Smelter

Duties & Responsibilities:
Run-In/Follow Up
? Preparing the equipment, chemicals needed, by using of forklift, like wooden poles, aluminum fluoride, and anode cover materials (ACM), launder.
? Measuring both temperature and metal height and bath height
? Adding Soda Cube and alumina Fluoride, Carbon Bath
? Taking (ACD) Anodic Current distribution of pre heating pot for every 3hours and Cathode Temperature.
? Responsible for producing bath for the start up pot
? Covering and pot tending the pot for hand over to operation
? Enter all gathered data for the whole shift into the micro pot.
Reduction Operator
? Responsible for anode change using the PTM
? Responsible for metal tapping using the PTM
? Tapping bath to all pot that has high level bath
? Covering the pot using anode covering materials(ACM)
? Responsible for taking the ACD anode current distribution to all new anode after 24hours after the anode change.
Pot Tending Machine (PTM)
? Responsible for anode change, anode covering, tapping metal, putting aluminum fluoride into the pot,
Anode Pallet Transport Vehicle (APTV)
? Responsible for preparing all material needed in anode change, from carbon plant to pot line like crush bin, anode pallet with new anodes
? Responsible for removing the crush bin ,anode pallet with old anodes from pot line to carbon plant
? Responsible for transporting used bath crucible to the cleaning services
Bath Tapping Vehicle (BTV)
? Responsible for tapping bath to all pot that has high level of bath
Forklift Operator
? Responsible for preparing all equipment and materials needed in the whole shift of Follow Up for producing bath for startup pot like, crush bath, launder, wooden pole, anode cage, crush bin.
