Responsibilities:
? Manage and conduct financial, operational and compliance audit (for Asia Pacific /Oceania/India/Dubai)
? Reviews of key processes such as Sales, Human Resources and Payroll, Procurement; operational key processes include invoicing, contract management, and sub-contractor management
? Ensure compliance with established company
? Preparation of final draft audit reports
? Communicate with the Executive Director and various Head of Departments (HODs)on performance issues
? Developing and executing the annual audit plan according to instruction from Audit Committee
? Assess the current workflow and relevant process so as to make suitable recommendation to improve workflow
? Conduct proper exit meeting with management with findings to discuss suitable recommendations on findings
? Follow-up to ensure that recommendations are done properly
Achievement:
Participate in post-acquisition audit.
Participate in forensic audit of one of the subsidiary after fraud.
Reason for Leaving:
Change of management.
