? Establishes welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel relating to specification restrictions, material processes, pre- and post-heating requirements which involve use of complex alloys, unusual fabrication methods, welding of critical joints, and complex postheating requirements.
? Contacts personnel of subcontractors, engineering personnel, class surveyors, or clients to exchange ideas, information, or offer technical advice concerning welding matters.
? Overall Lead new build and repair project, starting from material (Steel plates & Outfitting) calculation, purchasing, panel fabrication and assembly, block erection and installation, and alignment check.
? Department activities planning, man-hours deployment, coordinate project activities in accordance with project requirements. Monitoring the project to ensure successful completion within planned timeline;
? Attend daily production meeting with other department representatives and yard vice president to report project progress and coordinate with daily activities.
